- You are responsible for your account, profile, and the content you publish.
- You keep ownership of your content, but you give ITSZEL the license needed to run the service.
- Abuse, impersonation, unauthorized access, scraping, and harmful activity are prohibited.
- ITSZEL may review, restrict, or remove accounts or content when needed for safety, legal compliance, or product integrity.
Agreement
By creating an account, accessing ITSZEL, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and any additional policies that apply to your use of ITSZEL. If you do not agree, you should not access or use the platform.
1. What ITSZEL Provides
ITSZEL is a profile-first creative and social platform that gives people tools to create and customize an online identity, publish content, share media, discover other creators, interact with other users, and build a public or private presence on the internet.
- Customizable user profiles and profile pages
- Public and private profile controls
- Posts, text, images, video, audio, links, and other media
- Profile themes, layouts, colors, fonts, and other customization tools
- Embedded or connected content from supported third-party services
- Discovery and browsing features
- Followers, follow requests, notifications, and other social features
- Creator tools and programs
- Experimental, beta, or early-access functionality
The service will continue to evolve. Features may be introduced, changed, limited, replaced, or discontinued as ITSZEL develops.
2. Who May Use ITSZEL
You may use ITSZEL only if you are legally permitted to enter into an agreement with us and are not prohibited from using the service under applicable law.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, access, or use ITSZEL.
ITSZEL is not intended for children or minors. If you are under 18, you may not use the service.
You may not use ITSZEL if we have previously disabled your account for serious or repeated violations unless we have given you permission to create another account. You also may not use the service where doing so would violate applicable sanctions, export restrictions, or other laws.
3. Your Account
Some features require an ITSZEL account. When creating or maintaining an account, you agree to provide information that is accurate and reasonably current.
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.
- Do not impersonate another person or organization in a misleading or harmful manner.
- Do not create an account using information you do not have permission to use.
- Do not sell, transfer, rent, or otherwise provide control of your account to another person without our permission.
- Do not obtain or attempt to obtain another user's password, authentication credentials, session information, or access token.
- Do not use another person's account without authorization.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact ITSZEL support as soon as reasonably possible. We may require additional verification when necessary to protect an account, investigate abuse, or satisfy legal obligations.
4. Your Profile and Username
ITSZEL allows users to establish a profile and, where available, a unique username or profile URL. A username does not give you ownership of that word, name, trademark, or identifier outside the rights you may already possess.
We may change, reclaim, restrict, or remove a username when reasonably necessary, including when the username infringes another person's rights, impersonates another person or organization, violates law, is being used for fraud or abuse, creates a security risk, conflicts with a valid trademark claim, or is required for ITSZEL's operation or administration.
5. Your Content Belongs to You
You retain ownership of the content that you create and upload to ITSZEL. This includes, where applicable, your photographs, artwork, videos, audio, writing, profile designs, posts, graphics, and other original material.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of your content to ITSZEL. You remain free to use your content outside of ITSZEL, and you are responsible for making sure that you have the rights necessary to publish anything you submit to the service.
6. Permission You Give ITSZEL to Operate the Service
When you upload, publish, display, transmit, or otherwise make content available through ITSZEL, you grant ITSZEL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, distribute, resize, format, encode, and otherwise technically use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, improve, and deliver the service.
This license allows us to display your profile according to your settings, deliver content to other users and visitors, make different device and media formats work correctly, provide discovery and accessibility features, prevent abuse, and maintain backups and operational safeguards.
This license does not transfer ownership of your content to ITSZEL and generally ends when your content is deleted from ITSZEL's systems, except where continued retention is reasonably necessary for backups, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, enforcement, or other legitimate operational purposes.
7. Public and Private Content
ITSZEL may allow you to control whether certain profiles or content are public or private.
Content you designate as public may be visible to anyone, including people who do not have an ITSZEL account. Public content may be accessible through a direct URL and may potentially be indexed, linked to, copied, screenshotted, or redistributed by others.
Private settings limit how ITSZEL presents your content through the service, but no online service can guarantee that another user will never copy, record, screenshot, or redistribute information they are able to access. You are responsible for deciding what information you choose to publish.
8. Content You May Not Publish
You may not use ITSZEL to upload, publish, transmit, link to, promote, or distribute content that is unlawful, exploits or sexually endangers minors, contains credible threats or promotes serious violence, is used to harass or intimidate another person, is fraudulent or deceptive, infringes another person's rights, contains malware, attempts to interfere with ITSZEL or another person's device or account, contains unauthorized personal information, or otherwise violates law or ITSZEL policy.
Additional rules may apply to particular features, communities, creator programs, or types of content.
9. Platform Abuse and Prohibited Conduct
You may not misuse ITSZEL or assist another person in doing so.
- Do not access accounts, databases, systems, APIs, files, or information without authorization.
- Do not scrape, harvest, or systematically collect information from ITSZEL through unauthorized automated means.
- Do not generate spam or coordinated artificial engagement.
- Do not manipulate follows, views, interactions, recommendations, rankings, or other platform systems.
- Do not distribute malware, perform denial-of-service attacks, probe vulnerabilities without permission, or bypass rate limits, access restrictions, or security controls.
- Do not misuse reporting, appeals, support, or moderation systems.
10. Profile Customization and Embedded Content
Certain ITSZEL features may allow advanced profile customization, external links, media embeds, integrations, themes, or other user-configurable elements. You remain responsible for anything you add to or activate on your profile.
You may not use customization functionality to execute malicious code, collect visitor credentials without authorization, secretly redirect visitors, misrepresent an ITSZEL page as another service, interfere with platform navigation or security controls, deliver malware, track users in violation of law, or circumvent content restrictions. ITSZEL may restrict or disable customization functionality when necessary to protect users or the service.
11. Third-Party Content and Services
ITSZEL may allow you to link to, embed, display, or interact with services operated by third parties. Those services are not controlled by ITSZEL, and your use of them may be governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the availability, content, security, business practices, or actions of third-party services solely because they can be accessed through ITSZEL.
12. Intellectual Property Rights
Except for user content and third-party material, ITSZEL and its licensors retain all rights in the service and its associated software, interface elements, designs, graphics, branding, trademarks, logos, technology, and other proprietary material.
These Terms do not give you permission to use the ITSZEL name, logo, trademarks, branding, or proprietary assets except as expressly permitted by ITSZEL. You may not falsely imply that ITSZEL sponsors, endorses, employs, or is affiliated with you.
13. Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints
ITSZEL respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on ITSZEL infringes rights you own, you may submit a report through our designated reporting process.
A copyright report should contain enough information for us to identify the work, locate the allegedly infringing material, understand the basis of the complaint, and contact the reporting party. We may remove or restrict access to material when appropriate and may restrict or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.

14. Moderation and Enforcement
ITSZEL may review, restrict, disable, remove, limit the distribution of, or preserve content or accounts when we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to enforce these Terms or other policies, protect users or third parties, respond to reports, investigate fraud or security incidents, prevent misuse of the service, protect the availability or integrity of ITSZEL, comply with legal obligations, or respond to valid legal requests.
Moderation may involve automated systems, manual review, or a combination of both. We do not guarantee that every violation will be detected immediately or that all content will be reviewed before publication.
15. Account Restrictions, Suspension, and Termination
ITSZEL may warn, restrict, suspend, disable, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary because of serious or repeated violations of these Terms, safety threats, fraud or deceptive activity, intellectual-property violations, unauthorized access or platform abuse, legal or regulatory requirements, or conduct that creates substantial risk to ITSZEL, its users, or its service providers.
Where reasonable and legally permitted, we may provide notice of an enforcement action and information about available review or appeal options. Serious violations may result in immediate action without advance notice.
16. Closing Your Account
You may stop using ITSZEL at any time. Where account deletion functionality is available, you may request deletion through your account settings or the applicable support process.
Deletion may not occur instantly from every backup or internal system. We may retain certain records where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, financial records, dispute resolution, enforcement of these Terms, or other legitimate purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
17. Beta, Preview, and Experimental Features
Some ITSZEL functionality may be identified as beta, preview, experimental, early access, or otherwise under development. These features may contain bugs, change without notice, operate differently between devices, be unavailable temporarily, lose experimental data, or be discontinued before general release.
You should not rely on experimental functionality for critical or irreplaceable data. Feedback you voluntarily provide about ITSZEL may be used by us to evaluate and improve the service without an obligation to compensate you unless we separately agree otherwise.
18. Creator Programs and Monetization
ITSZEL may offer creator programs, promotional opportunities, revenue-sharing features, paid tools, subscriptions, or other monetization programs. Participation may require acceptance of additional terms.
Unless ITSZEL expressly agrees otherwise in separate written terms, these Terms do not guarantee revenue, royalties, sponsorships, promotion, audience growth, feature placement, monetization eligibility, or continued participation in a creator program.
19. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how ITSZEL collects, uses, stores, processes, and shares information in connection with the service. By using ITSZEL, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
20. Service Availability and Changes
We are continuously developing ITSZEL. We may add, modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features or portions of the service. We do not guarantee that every feature will always remain available or that ITSZEL will operate without interruption, delay, data loss, vulnerabilities, or errors.
21. No Guarantee of Storage
ITSZEL should not be treated as your only storage location for important content. Although we may maintain backups and safeguards, we do not guarantee permanent storage or recovery of every file, post, profile customization, message, or other item. You should maintain your own copies of important content.
22. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ITSZEL and the service are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantee that the service will always be secure, uninterrupted, error-free, or available at a particular time.
We do not guarantee that every user will behave appropriately, that all harmful or prohibited content will be detected, that content will receive any particular amount of visibility or engagement, that user-generated information will be accurate, that third-party services will remain available, or that ITSZEL will meet every user's individual expectations.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ITSZEL and its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the service.
This includes loss of profits, business opportunities, goodwill, data, content, or other intangible losses. Where applicable law does not permit certain limitations of liability, those limitations apply only to the maximum extent legally permitted.
24. Your Responsibility to ITSZEL
To the extent permitted by law, if your unlawful conduct, user content, or violation of these Terms causes a third party to bring a claim against ITSZEL, you agree to be responsible for losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from that claim.
This section does not apply where prohibited by law and does not require you to indemnify ITSZEL for conduct for which ITSZEL is legally responsible.
25. Disputes and Governing Law
We encourage you to contact us before beginning formal legal proceedings so that we can attempt to resolve the issue. Questions or disputes may be submitted to legal@itszel.com or through itszel.com/support.
Unless applicable law provides otherwise, these Terms and disputes relating to them will be governed by the laws applicable to ITSZEL's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
26. Changes to These Terms
ITSZEL will need to update these Terms from time to time as the service changes. When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the service, by email, on this page, or through another reasonable method.
The updated Terms will state when they become effective. If you continue using ITSZEL after updated Terms become effective, your continued use will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree to an updated version, you should stop using the service and may delete your account.
27. Additional Terms
Certain products, creator programs, promotions, paid services, developer functionality, APIs, integrations, or other features may be governed by additional terms. If additional terms conflict with these Terms for a specific feature, the additional terms will control for that feature to the extent of the conflict.
28. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms or policies that expressly apply to your use of the service, constitute the agreement between you and ITSZEL regarding the service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
